Accounts Assistant

This role will provide accurate and timely processing of accounting information on a monthly cycle to ensure accurate management reports for Directors.  You will process sales information, including a reconciliation of sales receipts and invoices

Process purchase invoices resolving any queries as required

Reconcile and chase outstanding debts

Assist with general administration tasks within the office

Reconcile and post entries from bank statements

The client is seeking:

Strong interpersonal communication both verbal and written

A working knowledge of Excel is essential and experience of Word and Netsuite is desirable

The ability to communicate at all levels, including senior management

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Good numerical skills

Full time hours are 8.50 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with 1 hour for lunch – part time hours may be considered.

£17,497 per annum
