Customer Service Advisers – Property Maintenance

I have an opportunity to join one the UK’s most progressive and successful brands as a Customer Service Adviser, working at their vibrant Head Office in Bradford.

This role sits within their Property Maintenance Team. This team is responsible for the delivery of property repairs and maintenance solutions across the organisation. Therefore a background in property maintenance, repairs or emergency response is a distinct advantage.You will have excellent communication skills along with experience of working in a fast paced customer service environment and competent computer skills.

You will be working within a great team of people ensuring that their customers receive the very highest level of service, care and attention. So, if you’re really good with people and thrive on an ever-changing variety of challenges, this is a role not to be missed.

This role offers excellent training and support and will suit someone looking for a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Hours: 40 per week

7-4pm/8-5pm/9-6pm/12-9pm working roughly 1 in 3 weekends

OR

12-9pm Tuesday to Saturday (fixed shift)

Training: Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm for 2 weeks

£7.50 per hour rising to £8.65 after 12 weeks
