Receptionist / Administrator
We are working with a well-established, hugely successful company in Stanningley, they are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist / Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, professional, hardworking team and be the first point of contact for their loyal and valued customer base.
Main duties will include greeting visitors, answering the telephone and providing refreshments, including lunches when required.
The role will also include varied administration duties: –
- Assisting the accounts department with filing, scanning and archiving duties
- Ordering supplies e.g. stationery and kitchen
- General administration support for other departments during busy periods / holidays
- Assistance making travel arrangements
- Support the sales team with exhibition administration
- Sending mailshots and other general admin duties
You will need: –
- A sound working knowledge of MS Office particularly Word, Outlook and Excel
- The ability to use the internet to find suitable travel and accommodation options
- Good standard of written English
- Good keyboard skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Professional Attitude
- Friendly & flexible approach
