Customer Service Adviser – Social Media

We are proud to be working with a leading, hugely successful and forward-thinking business in Bradford. They are looking to recruit Social Media Customer Service Advisers for their modern, open planned Head Office in Bradford.

This exciting opportunity allows you to use your customer service skills to engage with customers through a number of social media platforms; handling complaints, customer queries, problem solving whilst building strong relationships and rapport with customers to ensure a high levels of service.

You will be working in a fast paced and adaptive environment working at the forefront of customer contact, both written and verbal.  People are at the heart of this organisation and everything they do.

This is a really exciting time to join this organisation as they are expanding and offer excellent progression and development opportunities for the future.  The contract is offered on a temporary to permanent basis and will start straight away.

You need: –

  • A strong understanding of social medial culture
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong writing skills in English and excellent verbal communication skills

Hours are 2pm – 11pm working Monday to Friday (1 in 4 weekends) – 40 hours each week.

£7.83 per hours rising to £8.65 after 12 weeks
