Account Manager

Role – Account Manager (37.5 hours / week)

An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and ambitious Account Manager to join our successful team.

You will be working closely with senior team members initially to act as point of contact for smaller accounts allowing you to thoroughly learn the management platform functionality before being allocated your own accounts.

Key Responsibilities

The role will be acting as main point of contact for the customer, liaising with them regarding their orders, delivery dates, artwork approval and quotations. Working with various internal departments including technical, production and sales to discuss new projects and complete new work briefings. Responsible for managing an existing client list, maintaining and developing good customer relationships. Producing estimates for new work and processing purchase orders. Dealing with inbound telephone calls as well as meeting customers. The role will also involve attending customer site visits to obtain full working understanding of their procedures and manufacturing processes.

Key Skills

Good numeracy & English skills are required with A Levels in general desirable (Grade A-C)

Ideal candidates will have experience of working in an office-based environment.

Candidates will also possess excellent customer service with direct & indirect communication skills.

Candidates must be resilient & be able to multi task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Candidates should tackle problems with a positive ‘Can do’ attitude.

Also required will be a keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy, be proactive and have a good work ethic.
