Our client in Leeds is looking for an Office Assistant to join their busy team.
The right candidate will be outgoing and confident both on the phone and face to face. Successful candidates must have an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills.
The role will involve ensuring all post/emails are entered and booked daily and to assist members of staff in general office duties. General photocopying, filing, faxing and telephone answering.
Candidates must be flexible. You will be working in both the Leeds and Bradford office. (mainly the Leeds office).
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary – £14,000 to £15,000 per year.
