We are recruiting for our client based in Pudsey.

You will be the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation. Tasks will include:

Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing, arranging travel and accommodation.

Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate.

Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments

Dealing with incoming emails and post

Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff

The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 7.50 – 4.20 p.m and Friday 8.00 – 3.30 p.m.

Salary region 20 – 23K
