Jo Ferrett
Director
With a career in recruitment spanning over 20 years Jo heads up our Business Development and Operations Strategy. Jo started out managing key accounts for clients including Yorkshire Electricity, Morrisons and NHS and has played an integral role in the development and success of Baker Harding since joining the company in 1996. Jo has a keen eye for talent, a genuine interest in people and a passion for quality and service, which are the core principles behind our brand and vision. Away from the office Jo enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures. Closer to home she loves catching up with friends and family.
Liam Earp
Director
Liam joined Baker Harding in January 2007 and quickly became the manager of our Industrial Section. On a daily basis Liam would liaise with clients and candidates and was no stranger to being on site for 5.30am, often dealing with calls/bookings even earlier! Due to a hereditary penchant for numbers and an over-keen eye for detail, Liam has since moved on to managing our Accounts and Payroll Department, overseeing the financial strategy of the business. Out of office hours Liam can usually be found in the gym, swimming somewhere, out on his bike or trying to play golf!
Patsy Krutulska
Recruiter
Patrycja joined Baker Harding in February 2018. She has previous recruitment experience. Patrycja is responsible for managing our industrial temporary desk, placing candidates into roles across West Yorkshire. She loves her job, every single candidate she places gives her a lot of satisfaction. Out of work, Patrycja’s passion is dieting; motivating and helping other people to lose weight.
