Supply Chain Support Administrator

  • Full-time – 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday – includes some weekends
  • £11.44 per hour / Ongoing Temporary Contract, possibility of Permanent
  • Based in Leeds City Centre

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Maintain accurate PO Master Date records
  • Assist in resolving any supply chain issues and escalate as needed
  • Adhering to team SLA’s whilst maintaining accurate data processing and administration
  • You will work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain
  • Complete Daily/Weekly tasks in a timely manner
  • Some Weekend working
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

About you:

  • Good organisational and analytical skills
  • PC literate and confidence with Excel
  • Enthusiastic with a professional approach to external contacts
  • The confidence to communicate with people at all levels
  • Great attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of replenishment/merchandising process, stores or depots would be an advantage
  • Can deal with all enquiries in a professional, timely manner at all levels of the business
  • Be a team player but also be able to work on own initiative in a busy environment
  • Flexibility to work when required is key
