Administrator
We are currently looking for an Administrator to join a fantastic People Services Team, based in Morley in Leeds. This is an opportunity to join an excellent team delivering best in class service to managers and staff in stores, depots and offices across the UK.

You must enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment and demonstrate tenacity in ensuring work is performed to a high standard. The role will predominantly be a mix of internal customer facing cases and using the telephone most of the day. You must be comfortable making and receiving calls to/from Managers and by gathering relevant information have the confidence and ability to coach and direct them to help resolve cases. All cases are pay impacting therefore a good attention to detail is paramount.
You will also need to have experience of using Microsoft Excel and be comfortable upskilling onto new processes and systems.
The hours are full time, 37.5 hours a week – working 1 weekend shift each week, either Saturday or Sunday, with another rest day during the week. Working hours are 8am – 4pm with x1 late shift on a weekday 10am – 6pm each week.
The training will be office based for a minimum of 3-4 weeks and then the role is hybrid, working 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
The contract is temporary ongoing.
