Administrator / Receptionist

We are recruiting for a company based in Bramley who are seeking an Administrator/Receptionist to join their busy team as soon as possible.

Duties will include:

  • Answering the busy phone lines
  • Greeting customers and other visitors
  • Keeping the reception area tidy
  • General administration work to support a busy sales department.

Strong administration and communication skills are essential, along with a realiable and flexible approach to work.  Working in a busy sales office you will handle incoming calls, great customers, book appointments and support the sales team.

Hours – 30 per week.

Monday to Friday 12.30pm – 6.30pm.  You must also be able to cover some weekends and Bank Holidays when needed.

Minimum wage will apply.
