Commercial Support Administrator
We are working with a brilliant, well-known company based in Leeds City Centre. They are looking for x3 Commercial Support Administrators to join their highly successful team.
The role:
This team delivers great customer service to the Trading Team and you will need strong analytical skills and work with an excellent attention to detail. You will be part of a large team, which works at pace, ensuring the accurate processing of requests received from the Trading team and providing great customer service to a wide range of internal customers.
You should have a strong team work ethic, attention to detail and enjoy developing working relationships. You’ll find yourself in a fast-paced and energetic environment, where new challenges arise all the time so having a positive approach to problem solving is key!
This role will provide many opportunities to further develop both your technical and behavioural capabilities, with a wealth of experience and knowledge across the department.
About you:
- Intermediate Excel and analytical skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and the ability to influence and engage at all levels
- Ability to develop strong working relationships within your team and your customers
- Strong Organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Good time management skills
- A retail background is preferred although not essential
Hours are 8am – 4pm / 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. This project is ongoing and will be reviewed after 5 months.
This role is hybrid after training, working 3 days in the City Centre office and 2 days at home on completion of 4 weeks training.
£12.21 per hour
