Customer Outreach Administrator

We are looking for 3 people to join a brilliant Head Office team in Bradford 5.  The purpose of this role is to analyse data between various systems to ensure the correct customer information is being stored, contacting the customer if further information is required and passing onto to Specialists any discrepancies for further investigation.

For this role suitable candidates will need to have strong data / administration skills and be confident when speaking to customers / internal colleagues.

Working hours are 35 each week, Monday to Friday.

Hourly rate is £12.00 – candidates must be able to pass a credit check and provide references for the past 3 years.
