Customer Service Co-ordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join a dynamic team. The ideal person will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to customers. This role involves engaging with customers via phone, taking orders and managing the whole process through to installation, ensuring a high level of service at all stages.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m. with 1 hour for lunch

The company also have a Saturday rota (9.00 a.m. – 12 noon). This is 1 in 5 and is paid extra.

Salary is in the region of £24k plus annual company bonus

DESCRIPTION:

  • Quality project management skills to drive through successful installations.
  • First Class, hands on, Customer Service communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Able to Co-ordinate projects with the customer between: Surveyors, Fitters, Factory and Technicians.
  • Ability to use I.T. systems such as Microsoft Word; Outlook, full training on our in-house system will be provided.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.

  • Confident, bright and enthusiastic team player dedicated to implementing projects on time and within budget.
  • Well organised and efficient.
  • An excellent all-round communicator with colleagues and customers.
  • Computer literate and able to apply our business systems.
  • Experienced in business-to-home improvement consumer sales (although not essential).
  • Able to learn quickly from our training and support programmes to gain product knowledge.
  • Ambitious to progress own career and be suitably rewarded in both financial and career progression.

We will provide full on the job training which will be ongoing through the first few months of starting with the Company, the Customer Services Team will support you as you progress within your role. We will also provide product training during your first few months.

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
