Facilities Management Helpdesk Co-ordinator

We are working with a brilliant company based in Pudsey. They are hugely successful and are looking for a Facilities Management Helpdesk Co-ordinator to join their team.

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in a similar role and be computer literate, organised and personable.

Duties will include: –

  • Logging and allocating call outs
  • Updated clients with ETA’s
  • Updating client portals
  • Upgrading quotes, allocating sub-contractors and ordering materials
  • Handling client queries
  • Completing and shutting jobs down
  • Review the works completed and actioning as required
  • Logging related quotes and requesting quotes from sub-contractors
  • Reviewing all open jobs
  • Invoicing

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm and 8am – 4pm on Fridays.

The role is office based and permanent.

£27k per annum, depending on experience.
