Online Customer Service Adviser

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced customer service adviser to join one of the region’s leading online services teams.  The company is looking for someone with previous experience of online support or customer service support and who is self-motivated, highly organised, proactive with a passion for first class customer service.

At the heart of this role is the customer, putting them first by listening hard and responding quickly to deliver outstanding customer service. The team listens to customers across all channels and respond to customers who require advice and guidance or have cause for complaint. This team also provides valuable insight to the business to drive change and improvements.

The team work between the hours 8am – 11pm on a rolling rota, 5 days out of 7 including weekends.  8am – 4pm/9am-5pm/10am/6pm/12pm-8pm/3pm-11pm

Hourly pay is £9.07 after training.  The contract is temporary with a view to being permanent.
