Patient Support Analysts

We are working with a leading technology company based within walking distance of Leeds City Centre. They are looking for a Patient Support Analyst to join their team. As a Patient Support Analyst you will be response for supporting patient platforms, supporting 8 million users via live chat, email, forums and responding the queries via Twitter. You will manage around 160 cases each day, ensuring high levels of customer service and a high degree of accuracy.

We are looking for candidates with good time management and IT skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and experience of working in a complaints / case handling role previously.
